IRGC Navy Commander: “The Sea Will Become Hell for Israel”
WANA (Mar 27) – The commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy, Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, declared that maritime Basij forces stand ready to turn the seas into hell for Israel. Speaking at a naval Basij parade, he emphasized their unwavering loyalty to Iran’s leadership and vowed to erase Israel from the world stage.
“Maritime Basij forces, aboard their faith-driven vessels, march alongside our brave leader, transforming the sea into hell for the Zionists and ensuring Israel’s eradication,” Tangsiri stated.
He described Quds Day as a global day of resistance, asserting that even the waves of the sea would rise in protest alongside nations. “Quds Day is not just a date on the calendar; it is a battlefield stretching across streets, mountains, and seas, where nations display their power and raise their voices against oppression,” he added.
Tangsiri warned that the presence of maritime Basij forces strikes fear into the hearts of Iran’s enemies. “Your presence will block the enemy’s escape route via the sea. By uniting with the Islamic world’s maritime Basij, you will crush the decaying bones of the Zionists,” he asserted.
Highlighting Iran’s growing naval capabilities, he claimed that over 3,000 naval vessels now operate across the Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Oman, and Iran’s northern waters, from Bushehr and Khuzestan to Gilan and Golestan. “These boats are not insignificant. Each one is a slap in the face of the child-killing regime,” he declared.
Tangsiri also referenced Israel’s blockade of Gaza, stating that Iran’s maritime forces had proven that the sea no longer belonged to the Zionists. “If they once believed they could subdue Gaza through siege, they now realize that the sea is no longer theirs,” he said.
He concluded by warning Israel that Iranian forces are prepared for battle not only on land but also at sea. “We will join the global maritime resistance of the Islamic world. We are ready to confront you, child-killing Zionists, on land and at sea—you have no escape.”
Tangsiri reaffirmed Iran’s belief in divine victory, stating, “Your only art is killing children and defenseless women, but do not think you can scare us with death. Our martyrs will take their revenge.”
